Many joys accompany week 11; we melt at his coos and barnyard
noises of every pitch and squeal.
It's a soundtrack to contentment, and accompanied by those smiles is a validation that our love is appreciated and is being reciprocated.
As much as we enjoy watching his reaction to us, it's just as fulfilling to see how he reacts to relatives and his kin ... that, with each visit, become less like outsiders and more like family.
It truly does take a village to raise a child -- a village that starts with family.
